Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Work Location: São José dos Campos
Position Objective:
To support the daily activities and routines of the Human Resources department, contributing to recruitment processes, personnel administration, training and development, internal communications, and other HR demands, with a focus on learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support job posting and resume screening activities.
- Schedule interviews and assist in conducting initial interviews or group assessments.
- Assist in the onboarding process and integration of new employees.
- Organize and file HR-related physical and digital documents.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the HR area.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help update HR spreadsheets, records, and systems.
- Support in identifying training needs and following up on development activities.
- Assist in providing basic information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and proactiveness.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Intermediate English.
- Previous experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Prior experience in administrative activities or academic projects related to HR.
Working Hours:
30 hours per week (6 hours per day)
