Work Location: São José dos Campos

Position Objective:

Support the Purchasing department in administrative and operational tasks, with a focus on order follow-up, product verification, and purchase order entry into the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform follow-up with suppliers to track delivery schedules and confirm orders;
  • Assist in checking received products, ensuring quantities, specifications, and compliance with purchase orders;
  • Enter purchase orders and related data into the company’s ERP system;
  • Help organize and maintain purchasing documents and spreadsheets;
  • Support the purchasing team with various tasks as neede

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and high-responsibility environments;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems;
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail;
  • Intermediate English level
