Position Objective:
Support the Purchasing department in administrative and operational tasks, with a focus on order follow-up, product verification, and purchase order entry into the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform follow-up with suppliers to track delivery schedules and confirm orders;
- Assist in checking received products, ensuring quantities, specifications, and compliance with purchase orders;
- Enter purchase orders and related data into the company’s ERP system;
- Help organize and maintain purchasing documents and spreadsheets;
- Support the purchasing team with various tasks as neede
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and high-responsibility environments;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Desirable Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems;
- Good communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail;
- Intermediate English level
