Supply Chain Manager

Location: Sao Jose Dos Campos, Brazil

Communication and Power Systems - Supply Chain Manager


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, purchasing, import/export operations, transportation, and material availability.
  • Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies to ensure quality, delivery performance, and competitive costs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and implement inventory control and stock management policies, ensuring accuracy, availability, and optimized turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply and logistics team, fostering engagement and high performance.
  • Support innovation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, supplier negotiation, and international trade.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid leadership skills with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
