With extensive executive experience across the industrial, aerospace and defence sectors, Claudio brings a strong track record in business leadership, operational excellence, organisational development and sustainable growth. His career includes nearly 20 years with the Embraer Group, in Brazil and Europe, including executive positions at OGMA in Portugal, as well as experience as Managing Director and CEO Brazil at MAGroup, where he led industrial operations and multidisciplinary teams. His expertise spans general management, operations, business transformation, supply chain and performance management.
As President of Ammunition & Naval Systems, Claudio will lead the development and expansion of the company’s portfolio, strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners, and support the advancement of innovative technologies and solutions designed to meet emerging market needs.
