In this role, Rodrigo will lead the continued development and manufacturing of advanced and mission-critical systems, serving the defense, aerospace, testing and measurement markets. His leadership will further strengthen and expand Modirum | GESPI’s capabilities in communication and power systems technologies, supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth.

Rodrigo is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, holding a degree in Engineering, an MBA from the University of São Paulo and executive specialization at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He has led strategic initiatives in business development, supply chain and complex operations, co-founded Ocellott Engenharia, served as President of Ocellott USA, and held leadership roles at Embraer. His strong track record in operational excellence, innovation and international growth positions him to drive the next phase of advancement within the Communication & Power Systems division.
As part of this transition, Henrique Lemos will assume a new strategic position as Executive Vice President, Global Sales. We thank Henrique for his leadership and dedication during his tenure as President and for his continued commitment to Modirum | GESPI’s mission.
