São José dos Campos, Brazil, March 17, 2026 - Modirum | Gespi announces a refined organizational structure designed to strengthen operational alignment and better support the company’s continued growth.

As part of this initiative, experienced internal leaders have been appointed to key roles across the Corporate Functions, including Commercial, Technology & Information, and to a leadership position within the Ammunition & Naval Systems business unit. These adjustments enhance clarity, reinforce Governance and ensure the organization is well positioned to sustain its expansion in the Brazilian and international defence and security markets.

The new structure includes:

• Orlando Picolini – Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO): Mr. Picolini will lead the company’s global commercial strategy, overseeing business development initiatives and marketing functions, supporting Modirum | Gespi’s continued international expansion. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in defence sector business development and has played a key role in several strategic initiatives, including the integration of Gespi into the Modirum Group.

• Juho Blankenstein – Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO): Mr. Blankenstein will lead the company’s technology and information strategy, driving innovation and overseeing the integration of advanced technologies across products and operations. He brings extensive leadership experience in the defence and security sectors and has previously served as VP of Engineering and CTO within Modirum Group companies in Finland.

• Bruno Almeida – President, Ammunition & Naval Systems: Mr. Almeida will lead the company’s Ammunition & Naval Systems business unit, enhancing customer engagement and driving the expansion of the unit’s manufacturing capacity to meet market demand. He brings over fifteen years of experience in the defence and aerospace sectors, has played a key role in Modirum | Gespi’s integration and represents the company on the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Defence and Security Materials Industries (ABIMDE).

These appointments reflect Modirum | Gespi’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its leadership team, enhancing its capabilities in the global defence and security markets, and supporting customers in achieving success in their operations.
