Position Objective:

To support the daily activities and routines of the Human Resources department, contributing to recruitment processes, personnel administration, training and development, internal communications, and other HR demands, with a focus on learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support job posting and resume screening activities.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in conducting initial interviews or group assessments.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and integration of new employees.
  • Organize and file HR-related physical and digital documents.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the HR area.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help update HR spreadsheets, records, and systems.
  • Support in identifying training needs and following up on development activities.
  • Assist in providing basic information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and proactiveness.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Intermediate English.
  • Previous experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Prior experience in administrative activities or academic projects related to HR.

Working Hours:

30 hours per week (6 hours per day)
