Modirum | Gespi is seeking a driven and experienced PMO to lead and coordinate high-impact projects that support our continued growth and operational excellence in the defense and technology sectors.

About the Role:

As a PMO, you will play a strategic role in defining, implementing, and standardizing project management practices across the organization. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum impact – supporting critical defense and aerospace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and required resources.
• Monitor project performance, analyze deviations, and provide clear, consistent reporting.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain project continuity and success.
• Implement and refine project management processes aligned with PMBOK best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, high-value projects (experience in defense is a plus).
• Proven leadership in project management within manufacturing industries.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of continuous improvement practices and project optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PMBOK knowledge areas.
