General Carlos Jorge has decades of leadership in military operations and defence education. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UNB, a Master’s in Defence and Hemispheric Security from the Inter-American Defence College (USA) and Universidad Del Salvador (Argentina), and a PhD in Military Sciences and Applications from ECEME. His illustrious career includes commanding the 15th Mechanised Cavalry Regiment and the 2nd Mechanised Cavalry Brigade, leading the Brazilian Battalion in Haiti, and serving as Chief of Staff of the Department of Science and Technology in Brasília. His last position as a General was as the Director of Supply for the Army. Additionally, he has taught at AMAN, ECEME, and the Inter-American Defence College in Washington, D.C.

In addition to his operational and academic achievements, General Carlos Jorge brings an extensive network across Latin America, positioning Modirum | Gespi to access and expand further into this key region.
